ReplyDeletei think your blog is very interesting, the audio of the wordshop is clear and concise, the stress mark of the phrases are easy to distinguish.. the last word in the phrase number 5 is confusing
DeleteCarolina Loaiza #1: I don´t listen the analysis, I only listen that Billy is saying the sentences, but I don't think that this record is a true Analysis.

DeleteI have a little difficult in the sentence number 2. At the begining I understood "boat", but for the contex it wasn´t. The real word is "vote", so I suppose I confused the sounds in both of them.

Hi, That is the past tense of Sing... "Ana liked your voice when You -Sang-" I hope that helps!

DeleteNow, talking about Nideth Beltran's recording, pronunciation is clear which I would say is the most important thing in this kind of exercises. In some recordings though, analysis was missing but we'll be working better and better. Nice jod Nideth!

Deletethe stress mark is easy to distinguish but I didn't found the analysis part...
Deletein the records is appropriate the stress are basic and not difficult ;)
DeleteI could see that the word stress was really hard for the participant, however, We can see how interesting this exercise is. Recording ourselves helps us to have a better pronunciation! Thanks Lorena!
DeleteI got confused on most of the recordings, I did not get the meaning, it is not clear sometimes, the person has a lack of stress and entonation.

In the most of the sentences the stress are appropiate, and the pitch is increasing in the first vowel and decreasing in the second.
